“I rented a home under this management company and they were sweet and nice in the beginning. They did respond in a timely manner for anything I neeeded but I also had my $1500.00 deposit taken away once I moved out. I left the house clean and had pictures and video to prove it. No damage to the home so they had to apply the deposit somewhere. So They charged another fee for cleaning and paint. I lived there 3 years. I would definitely stay away from this company.”

“I rented a property with this company for about a year, I won’t say everything was all bad they did respond in a timely matter to any work orders I had they were good to me I was good to them UNTIL my move out! Now upon leasing the home it was leased “as is”! There were many things wrong with the property BUT nothing too major that turned me away! I took care of the home. Out of my 1800 security deposit I only received back $416. Which I’m disputing the charges because there’s no way! They are charging $50 for weeds! Weeds that was there before I moved in! They are charging me $295 for a cleaning service the home was literally spotless! And other charges I don’t agree to! This is a total rip off and I do not agree! Great company until it’s time to get that deposit back!”
