“Avoid this company. I hired them to manage 4 rent houses. I fired them for 3 reasons- 1 They failed to rent a property for 4 months. They don't even post a FOR RENT sign on the property! My new management had it rented within 30 days. 2. They failed to rent another property for 3 months and I discovered that it's staging was awful. There were cut limbs and trash in the front yard at the house entry and junk piles in the back yard. It took 2 complaints and a couple of weeks to get them to clean it up. 3. They failed to sell another property until the listing contract ran out. I found out there were very few showings. My new management put up a sign, advertised it and relisted it with a reasonable price decrease and had a signed buyers contract within a couple of weeks. Overall, I think they are understaffed and it affects their performance. On the 3 occasions I visited their office to hand deliver paperwork, I found the office door locked.”

Then, in the application, I explained that 5 months ago I was a contractor. They saw my bank statements where I generated more than triple the rent of the house, both as a contractor and with other income. Even so, they told me that if my job was as a contractor, I should have 2 tax returns as a contractor. So, technically, they did not want to rent to me in any way.”
